March 26 particular dayIt's been exactly 2 years since I came to China for the first time. It's time to celebrate!  Wow, the life always surprises me. Thousands of kilometres passed, dozens of people met, several tears cried, tons of smiles given, few troubles have gotten through.I was in Shanghai yesterday. It was not a very successful trip. I supposed to go to Poland's consulate to change my photo for passport (remember, back in November I applied for new one - it hasn't been ready yet!! What a bureaucracy!!) At first I missed the train. I though that 1 hour by bus is enough time to get to the railway station! No no no, not on that particular day! It took my over 1 hour and 20 minutes! I arrived at the station 5 minutes after the train had already left. What could I do? I wanted to change my ticket - get money back. Gosh! Nobody could explain me where I should go! They were just pointing out something in undefined direction! Yes, I should have learnt Chinese faster. Finally I didn't find this place, bought another ticket and left for Shanghai. In the consulate it turned out that my new photo (which was taken in Hangzhou) was also bad. Surprised? I made another photo near the consulate. And... it was bad again. My head supposed to be bigger on it. I started to feel it was a nightmare. I went back to that photo studio, quarrelled with the owner, got my head enlarged (on the photo, of course), didn't pay anything for that service and left the photo in the consulate. Now I have no other choice but wait until it is sent to Poland and receives a feedback. Maybe someday I will get my new passport. Later I had a meeting with Tony, one of my suppliers - so not everything was bad yesterday. It was nice and warm. I came back home in the evening; on the way back I bought some fresh strawberries for a better mood. They worked. March 25 无双Hitlist #368 March 24th, 2008
March 23 EasterHappy Easter!
It's the third time I'm spending Easter in China. I got used to. It's ok. Although I'd like to go home to eat some delicious food and meet my family, I don't complain.
The spring has come, the weather is beautiful (while in Europe the winter has been back again!), I'm very busy teaching English. I like it.
I'm preparing for busy April - I'm going to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Guangzhou. It'll be hot.
On Tuesday I'm going to Shanghai... Travelling Chris, always in motion.

March 14 TaiwanI may go to Taiwan next month. Not decided yet but it would be great. Looking forward to see new places and meet new people. There's an exhibition in Taiwan... I guess it would be very useful for my company to go there. I'm so excited for this opportunity! I love travelling, remember? To go there, I must travel to Hong Hong.  Hooray!
